1: Cabinet structure

Firstly, the cabinet must be made of high-quality galvanized steel plate with a thickness of 1.5mm or more. The surface of the cabinet also needs to be treated with acid pickling and phosphating to meet the requirements of acid alkali and anti-static.

Explosion proof glass observation windows need to be installed on the cabinet door for easy observation of the internal situation of the cabinet. There is a ventilation vent installed below the front of the cabinet to ensure air circulation inside the cabinet.

The gas cylinder clamp must be adjustable up and down for stable fixation when replacing gas cylinders of different heights. The bottom of the cabinet should be equipped with a flip pedal for easy loading and unloading of gas cylinders.

2: Alarm function

Each explosion-proof cabinet needs to be equipped with an explosion-proof sound and light alarm. When the sensor inside the cabinet detects an abnormality, it will automatically trigger the alarm light to flash and emit an alarm sound, warning of emergency situations in advance and ensuring the safety of personnel.

If hydrogen, a flammable and explosive gas, is used, an explosion-proof combustible gas detector needs to be installed. It can predict in advance whether there is a gas leak. If the sensor detects a gas leak alarm, the explosion-proof axial flow fan installed on the top will automatically work, and the leaked gas will be discharged to the outside through the exhaust pipe. The fan has an air volume of 300m3/H and can be optionally selected.

A mobile alarm function device needs to be installed inside, which can be connected to a mobile phone. When the gas cabinet alarms, the alarm signal will be synchronously transmitted to the mobile phone, and the administrator can detect the problem in the first time.

3: PLC control

The panel inside the cabinet is equipped with PLC control, which can achieve fully automatic gas switching, as well as fully automatic blowing and pressure monitoring. Its standard operating voltage is AC220V/50Hz.
