Use multiple devices and implement a centralized gas supply mode between gas cylinders to deliver gas to the equipment

After pressure regulation, it is also necessary to maintain a continuous stable state, and the pressure can be precisely adjusted within a certain range

Gas needs to be supplied continuously, with a purity of 5N. Silane and other materials require double tubing
